  1. Place the Pumpkin & Chickpea Spread at the bottom of each glass to form the base. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the seasoned yoghurt as a second layer on top of the pumpkin.
  3. Drizzle honey on top.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Add a few pieces of mango.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of lime juice.
  7. Garnish with a few leaves of fresh coriander to finish the verrine.

Serve chilled.
