- 400g of Plougastel strawberries
- 10cl of seaweed oil
- 20g icing sugar
- 120g strawberry sorbet
PREPARATION
- Mix the seaweed oil with the icing sugar
- Dice the strawberries and marinate them in the mixture
- Serve with a few basil leaves and a scoop of strawberry sorbet
Enjoy chilled
