Burrata with basil-infused seaweed oil and toasted focaccia bread

1. Cut the focaccia into thick slices. Brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil or, if you prefer more even cooking, bake them for a few minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F until they are slightly crispy.

2. Place the burrata in the center of the plate. Generously pour the basil-infused seaweed oil over the top, allowing the oil to delicately coat the cheese.

3. Sprinkle with a few whole fresh basil leaves to add freshness and color. Add a pinch of fleur de sel and a twist of pepper to season.

4. Serve with the focaccia while still warm.

5. Enjoy immediately!
