Our rillettes are kept at room temperature before opening, preferably in a fresh and dry place. After opening, they are to be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days.

Our rillettes are ideal served chilled as an appetiser on toast, rye bread or country bread. They go wonderfully with a glass of white wine.
