Brittany, a region between land and sea, offers a wide range of seaweed and vegetables: wakame, sea beans, dulse, sea lettuce, samphire or even carrots and artichokes from Brittany.
Our creations are made from seaweed picked or produced on the Breton coast and elaborated in our new workshop located in Pencran in Finistère.
Naturally rich in vitamins and oligo-elements, seaweed is an excellent ally for your daily cooking! As an appetizer or for the preparation of your recipes, let yourself be tempted by our sea tartars and caviars, our seasonings or even our subtle seaweed oil.
