- 1 can of white tuna fillet Germon Groix & Nature
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- A little crisp green salad (arugula, lamb's lettuce, or baby greens)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or Groix & Nature lobster oil
- Salt, pepper
- A few seeds (sesame, pumpkin, sunflower) optional
1. Drain the white tuna and gently flake it with a fork.
2. Dice the avocado and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.
3. Finely chop the red onion, then slice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
4. Place the green salad in a bowl, then add the tuna, avocado, cucumber, and onion.
5. Season with olive oil or lobster oil, salt, and pepper, then mix gently.
6. Sprinkle with a few seeds for crunch.
Iodine tip
For a more marine and original flavor, add a spoonful of Sea Pesto with Seaweed & Basil to the seasoning. You can also mix it with oil for a quick, iodine-rich, gourmet vinaigrette. Perfect for enhancing the freshness of tuna and avocado!
